Fix it

  1. Check internet first. Open a web page on the same phone, controller or hotspot.
  2. Retype the host and port. No "http://" in the host box unless the app asks for it. Port 2101 is common, but use the one your provider gives you.
  3. Retype the username and password. They are case-sensitive. Watch for an extra space at the end when you paste.
  4. Check your account. Many state networks need yearly renewal, and some limit how many devices can log in at once with one account.
  5. Test with the provider's own app or portal, if it has one, to see if the login itself works.

Still stuck? Your provider's page on FixFinder lists their caster details where they publish them. Find it from the state map.
